At Tsukie, we believe your shopping experience should be as seamless and joyful as the clothes you choose. Our shipping process is designed to be fast, transparent, and sustainable - so your order reaches you safely, beautifully, and on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted delivery partner, Delhivery.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working toward expanding our reach soon.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India - no minimum purchase required.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
All Tsukie pieces are ready to ship, ensuring a quick turnaround time. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking link.

4. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays during festive seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or courier disruptions.
 In such cases, we appreciate your patience and promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

7. Packaging with Purpose

We care deeply about our planet. Every Tsukie order is packed with eco-friendly materials, and our hang tags and thank-you cards are made from seed paper — plant them and watch them grow into something beautiful. It’s our small way of giving back to the earth that inspires us.
