Our return and refund policy is designed to make such moments simple and stress-free. We’re here to help, every step of the way.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for all eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The item should be returned in the same condition as delivered.
If your request is beyond 7 days or if the product shows signs of use, we may not be able to accept it — not because we want to say no, but to maintain hygiene and fairness for all customers.
2. Return Process
Submit Your Request
Contact us at connect@tsukie.in or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Pickup or Self-Ship

Once your return is approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your delivery address.

We cover most PIN codes in India; if pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.

For self-shipped returns, courier reimbursement is removed for now, but we will provide flexible support to ensure ease.
Inspection & Approval

Returned items undergo inspection within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, your refund, replacement, or store credit is processed within 3–5 business days.

We keep you informed at every step.
3. Refunds
Types of Refunds

Tsukie error (wrong item, damaged product, incorrect size): Full refund to the original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Other valid returns: Refund issued as store credit, valid 1 year, added directly to your customer account wallet.
Payment Timeline

Refunds to original payment method: 5–7 business days after approval.

Store credit: 3–5 business days after approval.

COD orders refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Store Credit Usage

Valid across all products, no restrictions, anytime within 1 year.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
We know it can be disappointing to receive a damaged or incorrect product. We make it right immediately:

Eligible for replacement: damaged, defective, or wrong product/size received.

Request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Pickup and replacement are arranged at no extra cost.

If replacement is unavailable, you can choose refund or store credit.
5. Order Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may refuse delivery; store credit is issued once returned and inspected.

After delivery, cancellations follow the standard return process.
