1. How long do I have to request a return?

  • Within 7 days of delivery. Must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

2. Which items cannot be returned?(If Any)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customised/personalised products

3. What conditions must my product meet?

  • Unused, unwashed, unaltered

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging intact

  • Same condition as delivered

4. What if my item is damaged or wrong?

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

  • We offer replacement or refund to original payment/store credit.

5. Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

  • Yes! Direct exchanges are available if the item is in stock.

6. How do I return a product?

  • Pickup arranged for most locations in India.

  • Self-ship if pickup is unavailable; reimbursement removed for now.

  • Process flow: Request → Pickup/Ship → Inspection (1–2 days) → Refund/Store Credit (3–5 days)

7. How are refunds processed?

  • Tsukie error: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 days, or store credit

  • Other valid returns: Store credit valid for 1 year

8. Can I cancel my order?

  • Before shipping: Full refund

  • After shipping: Refuse delivery → store credit issued after inspection

  • After delivery: Follow return process

9. Partial order returns?

  • You may return some items; specify which, and we’ll process accordingly

10. Late/missing deliveries?

  • Contact us; we’ll track, resolve delays, or initiate replacement/refund.
