All prices listed on www.tsukie.in  are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices, offers, or discounts without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing the order.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or Shopify Payments).

  • Tsukie is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

In case of failed or fraudulent transactions, Tsukie reserves the right to cancel the order and take necessary action.

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched within the specified timeline on our website.

Tsukie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or pricing errors.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, and external factors.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, courier issues, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product and receive ₹150 as store credit (maximum reimbursement).

Refunds, exchanges, and credits will be processed after a quality check of the returned item.
